Poster Submission

Selected abstracts are presented to the EuroMed2026 community as posters, each accompanied by a short 10-minute presentation. This page explains how to prepare and submit your poster.

Posters are submitted in PDF format via the OpenConf platform.

About the Poster Sessions

Poster presentations at EuroMed2026 give accepted abstracts a dedicated place in the programme. Each poster presentation is accompanied by a short 10-minute presentation, in which the author introduces the project, its objectives, its methods and its current stage of development.

All posters will be accessible online to EuroMed2026 participants, so the work remains visible, readable in detail and open for follow-up well beyond the live session. The sessions are deliberately compact: enough time to communicate the substance of the work, while leaving discussion at the centre.

The conference itself is held entirely online, and participation is free. Presenters, like all participants, book their free online place through the conference registration.

For the full description of the sessions, see the Poster Sessions page.

Submitting Your Poster

Four steps to a complete submission

Poster submissions follow the same electronic, online-only process as every other EuroMed2026 contribution.

  1. 01

    Download the official poster template

All posters are prepared using the official EuroMed2026 poster template, available for download below. The template already carries the conference identity, so your poster sits naturally alongside the rest of the EuroMed2026 programme.

  2. 02

Fill in the template with your details

Open the template and replace the placeholder content with your own: title, authors and affiliations, abstract summary, methods, figures and results. Keep the layout of the template intact so that your poster remains consistent with the conference style. Poster dimensions follow the template itself, so no separate size specification is required.

  3. 03

Export your poster as a PDF

Posters must be submitted in PDF format. When your poster is complete, export or print it to PDF from PowerPoint before uploading, and check that all text and figures render correctly in the exported file. Please keep the file to a reasonable size: a PDF of no more than 5 MB is recommended.

  4. 04

    Submit your poster via OpenConf

Poster submissions are managed through the OpenConf platform, the same system used for abstract and paper submissions. Follow the Authors > Make Submission link on the submission website and select the poster submission route. Please use your issued Submission ID in all correspondence.

Submission deadlines for posters follow the conference review schedule. The current dates are listed on the EuroMed2026 Important Dates page, which is updated as the schedule develops.
