The Cyprus University of Technology is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected from the conference activities will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes. We intend to store your data on the secure Cyprus University of Technology’s internal network used for daily office work.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only if you allow optional analytics. It measures page visits, homepage booking-button clicks and links to cooperating projects. Engagement events include the button location or project name, not your name, email address or form entries. Query strings and fragments are excluded from page URLs, and advertising signals and personalisation are disabled. Google processes analytics data, including technical information about your browser and connection; this is not anonymous tracking. Analytics cookies expire after up to 30 days without renewal.
You can decline or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Declining does not affect booking or access to conference information. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences keep analytics off. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already sent to Google.
Your rights
You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask the Cyprus University of Technology to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications, but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation. Your personal data will be stored until you request to remove them from the database. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body. Providing consent and your personal data is voluntary.
